More Linkage

A busy week for me means my post planned for today is unpolished. Luckily, there have been some posts/articles well worth reading over the last spell, and I’m happy to send you off to ‘em.

Over at ProBlogger, I quite liked this post about finding a niche for your blog, and why that’s important. The whole series of posts there this week is worth a read, by the way. (Oh, just subscribe over there!)

Author Justine Lee Musk has a great takeaway from a post by literary agent Donald Maass (who’s the author of Writing the Breakout Novel). She called her post the quality that makes your stories (and you) go viral and it’s well worth a look.

Last today, but not least, Craig Mod wrote a fascinating article called Books in the Age of the iPad that, again, isn’t social media heavy but points to why I think platform is so important to writers and illustrators.

As always, if you’ve read something great, I’d love to hear about it….
